I opened my boot box the left boot zipper is broke. I'm getting married in 2 days I paid 170 including shipping and they are non refundable... unfortunately I am very upset and just on disbelief at this... if this can not be rectified I will never order from this company again. This purchase was a final sale and says not returned and I trusted I was getting what I paid for...like this is unacceptable!

I bought 2 outerwear jackets by a named brand. They truly were stunning coats, but, one was too large and the other had its zippers stick, which was sent to me this way. They accepted the return, but, not for the shipping. And, they charged approximately $30 for both these coats that weigh total less than 5lbs via UPS, which, is more reasonable than that. I bought these through Amazon and so they are now involved, as they should be with this particular seller that thinks its selling used and 2nds on EBay. Additionally, BHFO is very slow in refunding the cost. I just called Amazon again to follow up on it all and got a recording that returns can take up to 2 weeks, which, it looks like BHFO will be taking their time to do. Its a shame they couldnt have had the same particularity before they sent out that coat with the zippers that way.

Blatant liars, in my opinion. BHFO selling through Amazon.

I placed an order on March 8th. I paid extra for second day air. As of midnight the 14th UPS has NOT received the package. Amazon status was showing shipped on 9th.

UPS website and toll free number both confirm package not handed off to them. Today I got an email from Brooke, she said item would ship in a day or two. After emphatic lies it shipped on 9th now it will ship in a day or two. Then I called to cancel BHFO spoke to Charlene another liar, she said I would get package between 1:45-4:45 p.m..

NOPE. Amazon status changed after 8:00 p.m. stating arriving late between 14th-16th. I could call them back on 17th if not received.

How is that for two day shipping prices.
March 14th BHFO admits they do not know where package is.

Filing a claim with UPS. UPS says a resolution could take 15 days.

You cannot speak with a live representative and I do. I spent 2 hours on the phone in a chat room . All I wanted to do was exchange a Size medium coat for a large. I asked and asked the question if they had the coat and a large in the color Gray or mink and never did get an answer straight from anybody. I think they just move on to other chats and completely leave you hanging. Certainly a company this big would know whether they had it in their inventory or not and now I can't get them to even let me send the coat back for a refund until December 21st... That's cutting it rather close for Christmas for my daughter

User's recommendation: Buy only guaranteed Amazon products and don't buy any of their 3rd party vendor products. Amazon is great and they deliver and do what they say and you can reach them quickly and speak with a live representative

Duty was charged for a $14.99 item that they are charging duty on $69 value

I recently purchased a brass bracelet with scorovski crystals and paid $14.99. Now I am getting a duty request from DHL for a purchase value of $69 plus.This is not right. What can we do about it.

The ad said us sized and its not. I had said it was US size isn't it didn't say anything about this in the back. I had said it was American size at one and it split my back and didn't tell that.

The description says regular size plus not say open in back all the way down. The ad said nothing about it being split all the way down the back it said it was a regular size as it isn't I want a refund and I don't wanna have to pay for shipping thank you bye.

This company thinks it's so big and powerful that it does not have to follow eBay rules. According to eBay if you buy something that is not as described you get your money back and your original postage back. However once you file a return BHFO allows you to return it but never give you back the postage. I've had things with holes, things with inside zippers sewn on the outside, things that didn't match the picture (they say the picture is just a general representation) until you return an item that is flawed and the flaw is in the photo (then the photo is for that particular item- even thought they use the same photo for the next 12 of these they list and sell). They pretend to follow the rules but do not and eBay is never the wiser. This company rips people off. I've had them keep about $200.00 in postage that they should have refunded. eBay's Customer support is worthless when it come to this company. They act like they will handle the matter and then do nothing with no explanation as to why. One of these days eBay is going to wake up ad realize hat this company is ripping off eBay customers but it will be to late, as those customer will be gone forever. I have one word for BHFO - KARMA!! oh and FOAD
